Synopsis: Quarter Beans Bru is set in a Durban eatery (Patels) best known for its appetising vegetarian bunnies at yester year’s prices. This becomes the backdrop for a delightful conversation which threads its way from the arcades of Durban City,  the inner story  of Grey Street and surrounding areas and of course the famous, infamous and flamboyant personalities of the time. The two story tellers played by playwright, filmmaker and comedian Vivian Moodley and stage personality Bassy Bhola will bring to life historical developments that pertains to the Indian diaspora and celebrates many unsung heroes of the past.
The play is written and directed by Yugan Naidoo and produced by Dingalings Productions.
