Workshop on the Companies Act

Business and Arts South Africa, in partnership  with The Playhouse Company and Norton Rose  will be facilitating a workshop on  theCompanies Act, 2008. Associates from  law firm, Norton Rose, will provide information  as to the developments in the law, and how  this affects Non-Profit Companies operating in  the Arts. If you are affiliated to a Non Profit Company,  we would like to extend an invitation to you,  or a representative of your organisation, to  attend this forum. Please note that seat reservations are on  a first come first served basis as there are  a limited number of places for this workshop.
